The AI programme consists of early breakfast (05:00-07:30), American breakfast with local specialties (07:30-10:00), long-sleeperÂs Continental breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests upon reservation is Zorbas in Hippocrates Palace for lunch (12:30-15:00), the Triton restaurant in Kipriotis Panorama for dinner (20:30-22:00, three times per week with Asian night) and the Italian restaurant (at selected times). Guests arriving late can have dinner in cold buffet with hot soup between 22:00 & 24:00. A variety of hot & cold snacks such as pizza, sausage pie, cheese pie, sandwiches, spinach pie, cakes, biscuits, etc (rotating menu) is available between 11:00 & 12:00. |
