The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), Continental breakfast (10:00-12:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30) - buffet style, with show cooking. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant Nisos; Continental breakfast and lunch at the poolside restaurant Mesogeios. Also at the disposal of the AI guests with prior reservation is the Greek thematic restaurant. Snacks are available at Mesogeios between 14:30 and 18:00, except during lunch hour. Tea and coffee time with cookies is from 16:00-18:00 at Faros pool bar. After dinner snacks are on offer at Ilios lounge bar till midnight.
